
Scheduling a pick-up
When you make your purchase online, by fax or calling the GBS reservation center, you will be asked to give your desired pickup date. GBS can only accept reservations at least 1 business day (2 business days for shipments originating in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico). Make your purchase at least 5 business days to avoid the rush fee to expedite you the shipping kits in advance of the pickup date.
Reschedule a Pick-up
If you have a change in itinerary and need to reschedule, please call GBS Customer Service at 1-888-465-3463 or Email to info@shipgbs.com at least one business days prior to the pick-up date. You will not be charged. Any changes made within 24 hours to the pickup date/time may incur a re-scheduling and service fee of $10 to $20 US dollars, which will be charged to your credit card account on filed.
